Returns & Exchanges

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase from Dime & Regal!! Returns and exchanged are not encouraged unless there is damage during shipping or a manufacturing problem with the item. Each item is handmade, so we thank you for understanding the sensitivity in this policy.

We gladly accept exchanges on products within 7 days of original delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping in these cases. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. No cancellations on orders placed. 

For returns, we can extend store credit for items that are returned in original condition. Custom orders, or personalized orders, cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of those items. In the case of damaged items, or items that have a defect in manufacturing, please contact the owner at: owner@dimeandregal.com.
